Are you ready for an intense, 30-minute kickboxing workout? This 30-minute cardio boxing workout routine will raise your heart rate and make you sweat!

Cardio helps train your heart to be stronger so it doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood. It also increases lung capacity and helps you feel alert. Cardio is good for stress and it can also help you sleep!

There is no equipment needed for any of the exercises but you can grab a pair of light dumbbells or a couple water bottles to add some resistance! Follow the routine in the video below and do your best!
