4-week ab challenge

Here is a 4-week ab challenge where you can follow for 4-weeks to help build and strengthen your core. For best results, combine this workout with a full-body workout or whatever you prefer – because this workout targets only the abs. You would need a dumbbell and a mat for this routine. Remember: crunches are not the only exercise for your abs – in fact, this routine does not include and traditional crunches. Get ready for the burn and follow the workout in the video below!
