Have you ever tried aioli before? What is aioli? Well, aioli is a sauce that is made of garlic, salt and pepper, oil of your choice, lemon juice, and egg yolks. There are different versions of aioli using different ratios of the listed ingredients above, but this type of sauce is easy to make and it's quite delicious!
