So how does your body know what time it is? There are multiple places in the body that help us keep track of time, all coordinated together to help this balance between sleeping and wakening. From years of research, we now know about the different factors that affect our perceptions and assumptions of time. There is a reason why we should stop screen time before we go to bed.
