The Five-Minute Full Body Stretch

In 5 minutes, you can do a full-body stretch to either get some exercise in your day or to cool down after a workout. This five-minute full-body stretch workout has 14 stretches that are held for 20 seconds each and it will help loosen your major muscle groups from head to toe. Follow along and incorporate this routine into your day! Get some blood flowing through your muscles!

This is a nice calming exercise so you can also do these stretches as you prepare to go sleep as well. Slow, meditative movements help you relax and thereby help you fall asleep faster and improve your sleep quality. When doing these stretches, remember to breathe when you're holding the stretch. Feel your body relax!
