Sleep is one of the most important aspects in maintaining overall health. Regularly sleeping 6 to 8 hours a night will boost a person's physical and psychological state. But with too much or too little sleep, a person runs the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression and even potential brain damage. But what if you stopped sleeping entirely?
