Here’s a workout routine that will definitely get you sweaty – it combines cardio, strength, and core exercises, all within half an hour. There is no equipment needed for this routine so you can do this workout in the comfort of your own home whenever you have time. If you don’t have the full half-hour to do the workout, you can do fewer circuits.
