Learn how to do pullups Pullups can be difficult to start if you don’t have any upper body strength. Learn how to do pullups with these tips!
  1. Do not use resistance bands to help support your body weight. This can ruin your form and it does not train your muscles to adapt to the actual pullup.
  2. Use eccentric based movements to slowly train your muscles to do the movement. This will training your muscles in reverse but will build strength in the entire range of motion.
