Learn how to do pullups

- Do not use resistance bands to help support your body weight. This can ruin your form and it does not train your muscles to adapt to the actual pullup.
- Use eccentric based movements to slowly train your muscles to do the movement. This will training your muscles in reverse but will build strength in the entire range of motion.
